FAQ's / Delivery

1. What are the delivery options I can choose from?

Enjoy the convenience of complimentary doorstep delivery service for purchases of $35.00 *(Nett after discounts) & above.

For orders above $30 under $35.00, our appointed home delivery service provider will deliver at your selected time slot at just $2 per Order / location

2. Can I choose to do self-collection instead?

Yes, of course! For self-collection, you may drop by our office at 15 Jalan  Tepong Jurong Food Hub #03-15, Singapore 619336, from 11am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays (except for Public Holidays). Please contact our friendly customer service at 8833 0900 to confirm that the store will be open prior to coming by.

3. When can I expect to receive my delivery?



Monday - Sundays, before 12.30pm

Earliest delivery is the NEXT day, any time slot

4. What if I am not at home when my order arrives?

If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the products, the delivery agent will leave an “unable to deliver” note at the address and the recipient should follow the instructions on that note to arrange redelivery of the products. You will be responsible to pay a $8 shipping charges for re-delivery. Please contact our friendly Customer Care Team at 8833 0900 or WhatsApp to 8833 0900 with your order number to arrange for re-delivery. 

5. Are there any areas that Yongle Kitchen does not deliver to?

Jurong Island /Tuas Link /Changi Cargo / Army Camps /Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin
Resorts World at Sentosa / Singapore Prison Quarters / Airbase sites /Shipyards

6. Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

We deliver daily including Saturdays / Sundays.
No deliveries on Public Holidays or other block out dates
(Deliver date will not be selectable at check-out)

7. How do I change my address or contact details if necessary?

If there is a change in your delivery address and contact details, please feel free to inform us at . Kindly include your order number for speedier assistance.

For urgent requests after delivery notification has been received, do contact our friendly customer care team at 8833 0900 or WhatsApp to 8833 0900.

In the event item is dispatched to the wrong address, a re-delivery fee of $8 per trip will apply.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Once we receive your order, we strive to have it delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Hence, you may cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to delivery time selected.
Give us a call at 8833 0900 and we will help you with the cancellation.
We regret that we are unable to accept cancellation when your order has already been dispatched from the store.

9. How will I be refunded for my canceled orders?

Refunds are processed immediately upon cancellations, depending on the credit card issuing bank, the refund may take up 7-14 working days before it appears in the customer statement.

10. How is my Package Delivery being arranged?

Orders are processed daily between 2pm-4pm. Once the order is being processed, you will receive an email notification that your shipment is on the way. This means that we have processed your order, scheduled the delivery for the next day at your selected time slot, and are in the process of packing your order. At this point, if you require a change of delivery date, the date can only be pushed forward to the following day onwards (Except public holidays).

11. How Much are the shipping Rates?

Shipping is free for orders above $35 nett value.
For orders under $30, a flat rate of $2 is charged for Singapore island wide delivery.
For Specific time delivery requests, an additional flat rate of $10 is charged for Singapore island wide delivery
For Bulk purchases; Events, Parties, etc. (orders above $200 value), we do oblige special requests for delivery, so please do contact our friendly customer care team at 8833 0900 or WhatsApp to 8833 0900

12. What happens if an incorrect or outdated address is provided for the delivery?

If the address provided is incorrect or outdated, the package will be returned to us by the delivery agent or the unintended recipient. A re-delivery fee of $8 will be charged. Please check your address carefully when placing a new order. To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, please sign in to your account and edit/update your addresses in your Address Book.

13. How do I redeem a voucher code?

If you have a discount code / gift card code, you can redeem this on the website by clicking ‘show order summary’ on the checkout page, and enter the code under the ‘DISCOUNT’ field. If successful, you will see at tag under the subtotal with the discount code / gift card code, and the value of the discount deducted from the total. If you enter a gift card code, you will still be eligible for any ongoing discounts or promotions.

14. Is there a minimum order value?

Minimum order value of $30 with $2 delivery charges, to enjoy our complimentary free delivery service, you need to make a minimum purchase of $35 nett.

15. What if I want to add/edit something to my order?

You can contact our Customer Service team via on +65 8833 0900 / WhatsApp to +65 8833 0900 or drop us a message on Facebook messenger @yonglekitchen and we’ll do our best to make sure you get all the items you want added/edited to your order.

16. Returning/Exchanging an item

We do not accept returning/Exchanging of delivered or purchased food products due to health and safety concerns.
