About Yongle Kitchen
Authentic Shan Dong Dumplings

Chinese Dumplings, according to legend, were first created by the medical sage Zhang Zhong Jing during the Eastern Han Dynasty, and has a history of more than 1,800 years. Two millennia later, Chinese dumplings are not only regarded as food, but also a symbol of friendship and reunion. Especially during festive seasons, eating dumplings touches the heart and soul of travellers abroad and far from home.
Yongle Dumplings was thus founded with the purpose of providing thousands of compatriots the authentic taste of hometown food while being in a foreign country, and similarly sharing with local friends this long-established but timeless cuisine and culture.
